Deposit & onboarding
A refundable operational deposit is placed to cover the first weeks of COD float. We then onboard you to the Trackify platform, train your team, and run a pilot batch of orders.
We connect you to clients
Once you're live, Trackify routes client orders to your operation. Clients set up their landing pages, Trackify handles the API — you pick, pack, deliver and collect.
Weekly COD reconciliation
Cash collected is reconciled weekly via the Trackify platform. Clients receive their COD payouts, you invoice for fulfillment services. Clean, transparent, automated.

How partners make money
You set your own fulfilment rates per shipment. Trackify charges a flat platform fee per shipment — the rest is yours.
Example: At 3,000 shipments/month with a €2.50 blended margin per shipment, a partner generates €7,500/month in gross fulfilment revenue before their own operational costs.
The onboarding process
From first contact to live operations in as little as 2–4 weeks.
💼 Operational Deposit
Partners place a refundable operational deposit before going live. This covers the COD float between collection and reconciliation, and ensures smooth weekly payouts to clients from day one. Deposit size is agreed based on your projected volume.
The deposit is held in trust and returned in full when the partnership ends, minus any outstanding balances.
