This Privacy Policy describes how the TR Fulfillment app ("the App", "we", "us" or "our"), operated by Trackify, collects, uses, shares and protects information when a merchant ("you") installs and uses the App on their Shopify store. TR Fulfillment is an order-fulfillment app: it reads your store's orders and lets you send shipments to the courier service you configure.
When you install and use the App, with your authorization we access the following data from your store:
To send shipments we store the courier configuration you enter in the App's settings: the courier API endpoint URL and the authentication key your courier provider gave you, plus your fulfillment preferences (for example whether automatic fulfillment is enabled).
The App processes your customers' personal information (name, address, phone, email and the items they ordered) for the sole purpose of creating a shipment with the courier you selected. We act as a processor of this data on your behalf. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the courier backend you configured.
We do not use your data or your customers' data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
Shipment information is sent only to the courier backend that you, the merchant, configure in the App's settings. We share data with no one else, except where required to comply with the law or to protect our rights. The App is hosted on our own server infrastructure, where the data is stored.
We retain order, shipment and configuration data for as long as your store has the App installed and for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. When you uninstall the App, or on request, we delete the associated store data. We also honor mandatory data-privacy requests — customers/data_request, customers/redact and shop/redact — and delete the corresponding records on a redact request.
Your data and your customers' data may be stored and processed on servers that can be located outside your own country, including outside the European Economic Area, on our hosting infrastructure and on the courier backend you select. Where data is transferred internationally we take reasonable measures to protect it consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
Access to your store is authorized through OAuth and the access token is stored encrypted. We restrict access to personal information to what is necessary to operate the App and protect it with appropriate technical and organizational measures.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal information we hold. Because we process your customers' data on your behalf, a request from one of your customers should be directed to you (the merchant); we will assist you in responding. We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
